I apologize ahead of time for the quick turnaround needed for Fall Subs applications, luckily it is an online application and will hopefully make things move smoother.
We are so excited to spend convention at the Ramada Marco Polo Resort in Sunny Isles.
The convention is November 14 – 16. The cost for USYers is $275. There are 4 USYers per room.
USYers only need to click on the link and proceed to complete the application. For those USYers who attended CPW , they already have an account they have set up through regpack (our online system). Their information has been stored and they will only need to complete convention specific parts of the application. For those who did not they will need to create a log in and start an account. This will be usable throughout the entire year for all events run by HaNegev Regional Office.
In addition to the USYers application being online, the staff application is also. Each year we are asked to collect a background check. The form can be downloaded from the application and uploaded directly there for the year. Also we must have a completed USCJ Volunteer Form. The cost for staff varies on single, double or triple occupancy. We have a 1 to 10 ratio of staff to USYers. If you are unable to send staff to cover your USYers, please notify me by November 1st, so we are able to provide coverage. You will be assessed a staff fee to cover the additional staff expenses. Housing accommodation options are listed in the staff application. ALL STAFF MUST complete an application.
