I am super excited to share with you the information for Mercaz Fall Sub Regional Convention 2013 !
The event will be October 18 – 20 at Hilton Rialto – Melbourne, FL
Convention Registration will be from 3:15 – 3:30pm on Friday and we will conclude convention Sunday at 12:15pm.
Since this will be the first time we have done an online convention application, I ask for your patience as we work out the kinks.

In addition to payments, applications will not be complete until copies of each participants insurance card is sent as well.
This card will be kept on file for the year and will only need to be submitted once. I recommend you keep a copy on file for yourself also.

Staff applications will not be complete until payment and background check forms have been submitted. I have attached a copy of the form to be filled out.
This form must be filled out annually.
